We had the king room and it was impeccable and complete with towels, 2 separate baths, for instance. The vibe here was elegant. Spa centre was a plus too.

The location is unbeatable, short walk to Gondola and Hunters ski rental below, other bars around, and the gondola - couldn't be better. Plus, it's relatively close to Borovets Mountain Resort...

What an ideal hotel with extremely friendly staff who later introduced herself as the general manager! Location short walk to gondola, slopes and shops, and the ski lifts and bars. Also, near enough for us to enjoy everything.

Great location, close to the Gondola and away from the bar chaos. Perfect room with a balcony and spaciousness. Comfiest hotel bed ever. Super helpful staff. Convenient transfers arranged. Fantastic boot room service. Plenty of facilities for a personalized experience. Good breakfast with lots of choices.
Felt warmly welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

Our stay at The Lodge was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful and clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The pool and sauna were clean and the water was warm. The hotel is conveniently located next to the cabins that lead to the ski terrains. The management was great and very hospitable. A special thanks to Valeri for being the nicest worker. We thank you for this unforgettable holiday at The Lodge and we'll be sure to visit again!

The elevator does not reach the top floor and in our room the wardrobe was very small.

The hotel was located so close to the gondola lift and the center, the best slopes and cable car. The breakfast was hot with a superb waitress, you will not be disappointed.

Breakfast was good and rich, the restaurant in the evening with a good offer. The best thing about the hotel is the excellent location (for skiing) and the friendly staff. Also very helpful is the ski rental in the house, therefore very short ways !
